FedEx is currently hiring Operations Admin staff in Salina, KS to support daily hub and station functions. This part-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals with clerical or customer service experience who are looking to join a global leader in logistics and delivery services.
As an Operations Admin, you’ll be responsible for a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer-facing tasks that ensure the smooth operation of FedEx facilities. From records management and quality assurance to frontline customer support, you’ll be part of the team that keeps packages moving on time and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering phones.
- Enter and update data in FedEx systems to support hub and station operations.
- Prepare reports for management, both regular and ad hoc.
- Serve as frontline customer service, resolving or escalating inquiries and issues.
- Support records management tasks (maintenance, destruction, inventory).
- Assist with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audits.
- Handle damaged and misaddressed packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform address corrections and update package scan statuses.
- Inspect and process hazardous material damages according to policy.
- Track, research, and resolve missing or disputed deliveries.
- Support Linehaul operations, including Independent Contractor (IC) settlements, DOT file compliance, mileage tracking, and weekly reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Clerical or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Customer service skills with professional communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $17.20 – $26.67 per hour.
